JUDGE KENT J. DAWSON HAS GIVEN THE IRWIN SCHIFF JURY THE MOST UNTRUTHFULL JURY INSTRUTIONS IN THE HISTORY OF JURISPRUDANCE.
When, in the coercing of human behevior a federal judge instructs a jury by misstating the laws he has violated, not only his oath of office, but the fundamental principles the country was founded on. The reason our forefathers took it upon themselves to risk their lives, their loved ones lives and their property was to end the tyranny of an oppressive king. If those same men knew that one day the federal judges would believe they had the power to pay scant attention to the laws written by congress and rely sourly on precedents set by other federal judges who misinterpreted the laws they would have never have allowed lifetime appointments. In fact they would have given the people the power, by ballot, to not only remove those judges but also strip them of any retirement benefits as a sanction.
Judge Dawson ignored numerous Supreme Court rulings which clearly say that the meaning of income when applied to the sixteenth amendment does not include wages. However, not only did he ignore those rulings he absolutely lied this jury by telling them wages are subject to income tax. However, giving the judge the benefit of doubt he may just not be bright enough to realize the tax code was written by master deceivers. Therefore, in his ignorance maybe he did not catch all the areas which subtly preface supposed duties with words which the drafters knew would make the duty meaningless.
However, we can make no excuses for judge Dawson telling the jury such bald face lie as the IRS does have the legal power to take your money, the IRS can compel you to show them your books and records, you are required to keep books and records, the IRS can legally obtain a search warrant ect. We know Judge Dawson knew those were lies because the prosecutors could not produce the verification Mr. Schiff demanded.
In the final analysis it was judge Dawson’s own words which must convince any reasonable man of his intentions. After Cindy’s attorney convinced the judge that her copy of the tax code had to, by law, be introduced into evidence he ruled that tax code would not be seen by the jury! There can only be one reason for that ruling which is the jury just might decide to find the law that compels the payment of income tax. If that happened and the jury was interviewed by the national press after the trial the jig would be up and the first head to fall would be Judge (Mickey Da Mouse) Dawson’s.
However, if judge Dawson truly believes in the faith he professes to then he has bigger problems because as strange as it seems, the Mormon Church incorporates the United States Constitution as part of what their members are to abide by. Since Judge Dawson is a member of the Mormon Church one would think he has put his immortal soul at risk by ignoring the Constitution during the Irwin Shift trial.
I have to believe if I had to either succumb to the pressure being put on Judge Dawson by the real powers in the United States to convict Mr. Schiff verses going to hell, then since being damned to hell lasts a lot longer then a lifetime, I’d be inclined to tell those earthly powers to STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON’T SHINE! But, that would also require the good Judge to have a smidge of integrity and backbone which he clearly lacks
